What is the Collagen peel?
The Collagen peel is the collagen stimulating variant in the Carpe Clinic peel range. Its active principle is kudzu. The plant contains daidzein, an isoflavone that acts as a phyto-oestrogen, stimulates fibroblast activity and restarts natural collagen production.
How does the treatment work?
The session takes 75 minutes and runs in five steps: a lightly exfoliating cleanse, the kudzu peel, manual penetration of the actives, microneedling and LED light therapy in red light at 630 nm.
Why kudzu?
Kudzu (Pueraria lobata) is an ingredient with documented dermatological value. Its isoflavones mimic the action of oestrogen at skin level, without systemic hormonal effects.
How many sessions are needed?
3 to 6 sessions, 3 to 4 weeks apart.
